Hey Lady Shoe Trunk Show
February 9-February 18
Hey, Lady! Looking for some crazy adorable and comfortable shoes for your wedding? Look no further than the darling designs of Hey Lady shoes.

Really and truly "do your friends a favor" and check out the Amsale Bridesmaid Collection. We will have the collection here Friday, February 10 and Saturday, February 11 for some quality shopping time for your girls.
The gowns in this collection are a bridesmaid's dream come true. They are chic, flattering, and super feminine. Plus, they have the potential to be the mythical dress that can be worn again.
To help you solidify your title as "best bride ever" to your maids, we will be offering 10% the gowns for the weekend.

Ivy + Aster Trunk Show

We adore the whimsical designs of IT designer Ivy + Aster and are hosting a trunk show for them Friday, February 17 and Saturday, February 18.
Ivy + Aster gowns are fresh and oh-so-playful. They are the kinds of dresses that make you feel so happy to be a girl. They also have a wonderful vintage spirit to them that make them distinctive. There are also some adorable short numbers in this collection that make for great party dresses or short and sassy wedding dresses.

Sample Sale!
Saturday, March 10

The highly anticipated Swoon Sample Sale is back! We will be spring cleaning on Saturday, March 10 and there will be many a gorgeous gown available for a killer deal.
Now, don't be frightened by the phrase "sample sale." There will be absolutely no scenes of brides fighting it out for dresses. This is a sample sale Swoon-style: elegant and refined.
We will have select sample dresses marked down to amazing prices (40-70% off). This is the event for you if you are looking for a deal (and if a sample dress is a good option ~ see more below). And spread the word, if you have friends who might be interested.
We are showing the wedding gowns by one-hour appointment time slots, so you must call first if you want to come in and score your dream dress at a bargain price. The prices are in effect for one day only. As a bargain hunter, you must also be a decision maker.
Our samples are generally sizes 8, 10, and 12. The best bridal candidate for a sample is someone who is somewhere between a 6 and a 10, because bridal does run small.
It will be a bridesmaid dress bargain bonanza, as we have a number of discontinued bridesmaid dresses that we are selling for $45. Yes, $45. (These are dresses that are normally $250-$400. When we clean house, we don't mess around.) Again, if you are a size 6 through 10 this could be a really good time. If you want a great little rehearsal dinner dress or just a cocktail number, there will be some great finds.
We welcome you to pop in at your whim to peruse bridesmaid dresses.

This is a sale that is not to be missed. Dresses that don't sell will be sent to a consignment store back East where they will sell them for a whole lot more…

Swoon hearts Sara Gabriel Accessories and we so enjoy our spring tradition of hosting a trunk show for her.
Sara Gabriel's accessories are perfectly Swoon-y. Everything by Sara Gabriel is custom made and the collection is chic and totally fabulous. We particularly love this collection because Sara Gabriel takes such a fresh approach to wedding accessories. Her pieces are statements. They are artful, fashionable, feminine and so much fun to wear.
This is a must-attend event if you are in the market for a birdcage veil or a statement piece for your hair or an embellished sash. Sara also makes really incredible traditional veils and there will be loads of marvelous options.

We are thrilled to report that Swoon is in Lucky Magazine's Black Book in the April issue on a list of twelve "cool bridal boutiques" from around the country. We are pleased as punch to be recognized by people who know fashion and know shopping.
It's pretty wonderful to look at the list and see New York, Atlanta, Denver, San Francisco, Portland…and then RENO! We are proud that we have created a big city store and experience in the biggest little city. Hooray, Swoon! Hooray, Reno!
